The SGN dedicated game server rental plans are powered
by multiple high powered physical game servers located
in the start of the art Data Centre within the Australian
Stock Exchange data centres in Sydney and Melbourne.
Ping times from within these cities is less than 40ms
from most major ISP's.
We now offer web based remote start/stop and status
checks of your game type. Combined with our automatic
restart services for hung or crashed server instances,
we can offer the ultimate in uptime! |
Sign up with our ADSL service and you will be on the same
network as our game servers offering you the highest priority,
least hop connection to your game server. Our ADSL customers
traffic does not leave our network enroute to the game
servers, giving them the best possible performance usually

GAME SERVER TERMS
All dedicated game server rental plans
are branded servers. Shiftreload Gaming Network will
place 'SGN |' in front of your chosen server name.
If you wish to remove this branding from your server,
an additional monthly fee of $25.00 will apply.
SGN reserves the right to review bandwidth
usage for each and every server instance. If download
usage exceeds the terms of our Fair
Play Policy as provided by our sponsoring ISP,
SGN reserves the right to contact the customer and
advise that excess usage charges may apply. The customer
is entitled to cancel their service without penalty
at the end of their pre-paid period.
All servers must be paid monthly in
advance. Payments not received by the end of the pre-paid
period will result in the server being unavailable.
The customer remains responsible for
all content within their Game Server. If a customer
makes changes to the configuration of the game, including
the installation of additional mods other than the
standard mods listed as supported for the game, SGN
is not responsible for the performance or reliability
of the server instance. If the customer requires the
server to reset to the default settings, a one time
charge of $49 will apply per request.
